On October 8, 2019, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed Decree UE No. 5847 "ON APPROVING THE CONCEPT OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN UNTIL 2030".

 According to this decree,

 it was proposed to develop and submit for approval to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan an action plan providing for the inclusion of at least 10 higher educational institutions of the republic in the first 1,000 positions of the list of higher educational institutions in the ranking of Internationally recognized organizations (Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings, Times Нigher Education until 2030)  or Academic Ranking of World Universities), including the National University of Uzbekistan and Samarkand State University - in the first 500 positions of this rating, with the introduction of  this modern mechanisms of state support for these higher educational institutions.

 In paragraph No. 18, the CONCEPT for the development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030 is given the task of strengthening the quality of the publication of research papers in international scientific journals included in the Scopus, ScienceDirect, Web of Science and  other international scientific and technical databases.

 Today, “MY EDU ASSIST”, in order to facilitate the work of research workers in the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the number UP No. 5847, is engaged in the preparation of scientific articles and monographs based on European standards for the publication of indexed international journals of the Scopus base  , "Science Direct" and "Web of Science", and also checks the scientific work for plagiarism and their quality translation from the national language of scientific researchers into international English.
